Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. Categories of data

Email address, name or alias, identifiers of the account and of the connected sign-in methods; information about the author profile, product, audience, goals, and style; queries, links, and uploaded texts, images, and videos; data of the connected professional Instagram account and the available analytics; work history in the service; the selected plan and the fact, amount, and status of payments; technical data about use of the service.

2. Purposes of processing

Registration and authentication; provision of the free mode and the "AIDA Pro" and "AIDA Max" plans; personalisation of idea search and the content plan; analysis and adaptation of Reels; creation of scripts and carousels; profile audits; checking materials before publication; competitor monitoring and sending notifications; retention of history; processing payments and automatic monthly renewals; provision of marketer support on the AIDA Max plan; ensuring security and complying with the law.

3. Operations with data and engagement of processors

Consent is given for the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision of access, transfer to the extent necessary for the operation of the engaged services, anonymisation, blocking, and deletion of data, whether or not by automated means.

To achieve these purposes, the Operator may entrust processing to Auth0, CloudPayments, Prodamus, Robokassa, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, HikerAPI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Tavily, and cloud infrastructure providers, and may grant the necessary access to the assigned AIDA Max marketer. The terms of such processing are described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.

4. Term and withdrawal of consent

This consent remains in force for the duration of the use of the service and thereafter for as long as necessary to perform the contract and meet statutory requirements. The User may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to privacy@zarazeu.com. The Operator ceases processing and deletes the data in the cases and within the periods provided by law; withdrawal of consent may make the further provision of some services impossible.
