Public Offer for the Provision of Access to the AIDA Service

1. The service and subject matter

"AIDA" is a digital service for working with social media content. It helps research the market and ideas, build a content plan, analyse and adapt Reels, create carousels, check materials before publication, analyse an account, and track the posts of selected competitors. The Operator grants the User the right to access the service's functions within the limits of the selected plan, the available token balance, and the applicable technical limits.

The outputs of the service — including ideas, scripts, analytics, forecasts, and recommendations — are informational and advisory in nature. The User decides independently whether to publish and is responsible for the final material.

2. Plans

Free mode. Limited trial access to the functions of "AIDA" without payment and without any automatic transition to a paid subscription. To start a paid subscription, the User selects a plan, confirms the terms, and enters payment details.

"AIDA Pro" — working on your own. The plan includes access to "AIDA", a personal content plan, idea search and market research, competitor monitoring and notifications about Reels gaining views, Reels adaptation and script creation, carousel creation, pre-publication Reels checks, analytics, and work history. The User makes the final decisions independently.

"AIDA Max" — working with marketer support. The plan includes the AIDA Pro functions plus the involvement of a human marketer: steering and adjusting the content plan, help with prioritisation, question-and-answer sessions, content reviews, and professional feedback. The format, frequency, and extent of the marketer's involvement are stated on the plan or checkout page and depend on specialist availability.

The current limits of a plan — the number of tokens, content-plan generations, scripts, connectable accounts, and other restrictions — are shown on the checkout page and in the account area. This information forms part of the terms of the selected plan.

3. Price and payment

The subscription price is stated in roubles on the checkout page before the order is confirmed. The same page shows the selected plan, the billing period, any discount applied, and the final amount payable. The legally binding amount for a given order is the final amount the User sees immediately before pressing the payment button.

If a promo code is applied at checkout, it reduces the first payment only, unless expressly stated otherwise. Subsequent charges are made at the plan price in effect that was shown to the User when the subscription was taken out. Payment is made by bank card through the CloudPayments (cards issued by Russian banks), Prodamus and Robokassa (cards issued by foreign banks) payment services. The Operator does not store the User's full card details.

4. Start of service and billing period

Access to a paid plan is granted after the payment service confirms a successful payment. The billing period is one month from the date of payment. Limits and tokens left unused within a billing period carry over to the next period only in the cases expressly indicated in the service interface.

5. Automatic renewal (recurring payments)

A paid subscription paid with a card issued by a Russian bank is taken out with automatic monthly renewal. The charge is made on the date corresponding to the date of the first payment, without further confirmation, using the payment token stored with CloudPayments. If that date does not exist in a given month, the charge is made on the last day of that month.

A payment with a card issued by a foreign bank is a one-off payment for a single billing period, with no automatic renewal. Three days before the paid period ends the Operator reminds the User to renew in the service interface and on Telegram; if no payment is made by the end of the period, the account is switched to the free mode.

By taking out a subscription and ticking the corresponding box on the checkout page, the User consents to these recurring charges. If the price changes, the Operator communicates the new price before it applies. The User may switch off auto-renewal before the next charge.

6. Cancellation and withdrawal

The User may switch off automatic renewal at any time in the "Settings" section. After it is switched off, access to the paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the account moves to the free mode. No further charges are made.

The User is also entitled to withdraw from the contract in the manner provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation. For early termination and calculation of any refund, a request must be sent to privacy@zarazeu.com. A refund is calculated on the basis of the amount paid, less the value of services already rendered and the documented costs actually incurred by the Operator in performing the contract. Requests are handled within the time limits set by law.

7. How the AI works and absence of a guaranteed result

Some functions of "AIDA" use automated analysis and generative models. The service may produce inaccuracies, and its recommendations require verification by the User. The Operator does not guarantee any particular number of views, followers, enquiries, sales, or other commercial result, since these depend on, among other things, the quality of the source materials, the User's own actions, social-network algorithms, and market conditions.

8. User materials

The User confirms that they are entitled to upload and transfer to the service the texts, images, videos, links, and other materials they provide, and that processing them does not infringe the rights of third parties. Exclusive rights to the User's source materials do not pass to the Operator. The User grants the Operator the right to process such materials technically solely in order to perform the contract and operate the selected functions of the service.

9. Personal data

The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and on the basis of the consent to the processing of personal data. A User on the AIDA Max plan understands that the materials and information they provide may be accessible to the assigned marketer to the extent necessary to deliver the support included in the plan.

10. Changes to these terms

The Operator may change the range of plans and this offer. Changes do not reduce the volume of access already paid for before the end of the current billing period. A new version is published on this page and applies to subsequent payments and billing periods once the changes have been communicated to the User.
